Rob came in as one of 6 guinea pigs, and is one of 4 piggies left! Him and his sisters had been together their whole lives, but Rob has spent the last little bit on his own. He'd do well with other male piggie friends. Did you know guinea pigs are highly social creatures that do best in pairs?! More reason to give your piggy at home a friend...and find a friend for Rob!
So why adopt a guinea pig? Well, first things first, they make wonderful pets! Each piggies has their own unique personality! They're known for their soft and gentle nature, but have plenty of spunk and character to keep you laughing! Additionally, while they do use cute little chirps and squeaks to communicate, they're relatively quiet. Rob is no different- while he will happily purr and chirp when content, he's also happy to keep to himself and keep quiet.
Rob has lived with children before and while he is still getting used to handling, he doesn't mind hanging out on your lap and munching on some treats, like fresh veggies!
