Bio: Otis is a large, sweet boy. He was found as a stray in TX and he left many puzzled as to why he was living on the streets. Otis loves cuddles, walks, belly rubs, toys, naps, and pretty much everything. Otis is house trained, but new environments are exciting, which may cause a happy pee accident, but with constant encouragement, Otis will remember to go outside. Otis’s TX fosters always gave him a goodnight cookie , which helped Otis to know it was bedtime. Otis is an amazing boy looking for an amazing family! Our Pack Animal Rescue, Inc.
