My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sweet, handsome, blonde, shy , nervous

Ricky s a wonderful blonde boy who would love to have a quiet and loving family of his own. Until a week ago, he was another stray cat living in a nursery. Big Tomcats weren't nicer to Ricky so a cat-lover human took him home to protect him and give him some TLC (tender loving care) and a chance to have an indoors life with a family that cares for him. Ricky is shy and nervous if aproaching fast but he is currently working on his social skills and becoming more confident with his human. Ricky loves to be held and carried around like a baby. He is looking for a compasonate human that give him time to come out of his shell to show his sweet personality. Ricky likes other sweet cats and loves to be groomed by them. This handsome blonde boy is fully vetted (neutered, vaccinated, microchiped etc) and ready to go to a forever home. If you think all cats deserve a chance to be loved and cared as family, and want to help Ricky, let us know. Contact us at Adoptablecatshouston@gmail.com if you have experience with shy cats and could give this boy a chance to be loved and becoming a sweet loving pet.

More about this rescue

Adoptable Cats Houston is a non-profit organization committed to finding permanent homes for cats and kittens. Our cats were homeless strays or abandoned cats that were living in a colony that we manage. They live in foster homes where they are nurtured and receive the medical care they need. Our cats are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and tested for FIV and FeLV prior to being adopted into responsible, stable, loving forever homes.

We are a team of cat lovers that volunteer to make a difference to the stray cats that cross our path.
