My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rare and beautiful! Sascha is about a year old and a purebred white German Shepherd Dog. She is an owner surrender of sorts. She was originally with a girl who couldn't afford to keep her, so the mother took her and found her a place in a boy's halfway home. Things didn't work there--she wouldn't eat, so the mother found a co-worker who could take her. Sascha didn't get along with this person's alpha female Shepherd, so CARES stepped in and is now looking for Sascha's forever home. She's been through enough in her short life, time to find stability and love.

Sascha is crate trained and house trained and does get along with some dogs. It just appears that she will fight back if an alpha dog tries to put her in her place. She is fine with cats and has been around and done fine with older children.

She has taken a quick training class, she is very smart. She knows SIT proficiently, and has been exposed to WAIT, COME, DOWN, HEEL and LEAVE IT. She needs to continue with her training to be the best dog she can be.

She rides well in a car and enjoys going for walks. She is just a precious girl and has so much to give. Who wants to add this beauty to the home?
