Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Tippy came into our care as an owner surrender, mid April 2024! She is a super sweet senior who just LOVES to cuddle and have all of your attention! Tippy loves affection and will drool to show it while you pet her! She would be a great addition to anyone looking for a lap kitty who has lower energy levels. Tippy does fine with other cats but chooses not to interact so she would love if she was your one and only! Upon her first exam with us, Tippy was diagnosed with a heart murmur in which we will give her new owner more information about if they are interested in taking her home!

Primary Color: Tabby Point Weight: 7.23 Age: 10yrs 7mths 0wks

More about this shelter
Valley Animal Center houses thousands of dogs and cats annually until they are placed in loving homes. Majority of our shelter animals are rescued from local animal control agencies who have no more space for their animals. Even animals who have been abused, mistreated, abandoned, and injured are cared for and nurtured until a loving home is ready to adopt them.
We are easily accessible to the residents of the entire six-county region it serves. Even individuals from out of the area and out of state have come to Valley Animal Center to adopt animals from us and utilize our clinic services.
Our mission is to unite dogs and cat with loving people but it does not simply end at the adoption process. With our low-cost clinic, a membership-based dog park, and humane education resources found on our website, we want to ensure our community has easy access to resources that will help them along in their pet ownership journey.
