My name is Cody!

I’m in the unfortunate situation needing to rehome my beautiful dog. Please help me find a great home!

Cody is 5 years old, Australian retriever/Lab mix, and 75 lbs. He is a very sweet, intelligent, and friendly dog!

I was only supposed to foster him for a year, but my friend moved so could not take him back. We fell in love with Cody, but I am gone 14 hour days, and travel too frequently to give him the stability he deserves.

Looking for someone retired or works from home (or part-time job), with the time to walk with Cody and practice his tricks. He’s used to being the only pet, looking for a forever home, with no pets, or small children as he’s less anxious and more relaxed at home.
He’s a very smart dog, listens and doesn’t pull when walking. Recently completed dog training for anxiety/ resource guarding, which helped tremendously, so would love his next family to continue with daily 15 min training.
