Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Beatrice came from Redlands, CA. She’s a 5yo tricolor female Beagle. She’s about 30ish lbs, she’s a small girl (likely 13”) but chubby.
Rehoming reason: Her original family got her as a puppy for their son when he graduated high school. He has now graduated college and moved out. Unfortunately he wasn’t able to take her with him and the parents weren’t aren’t able to care for her as she deserves.
What we know about her: She is a very mellow dog. As far as potty training, her previous family had an automatic doggie door that she used to access the backyard, but it stoped working. She usually sits by the sliding door and they let her out. She spent most of the time in the backyard unless it’s too hot. She is good with other dogs. Mostly doesn’t want to be bothered. She is also good with cats, they had an outdoor. She is good with children. They had a 13 and 11 yr old. No medical conditions that they’re aware of, but she’s a bit overweight.
She’ll be ready to be adopted next week, after we take her to our Vet.
