Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
*This is a courtesy post* All questions will be forwarded to the owners.
Deacon was born on Halloween night, 2009 with two other brothers and two sisters, so he’s just over 9 months old now. Mom, who we rescued off the streets pregnant, looked to be a gray, black and white Parsons/Jack Russell Terrier. We think dad was a lab. Deacon is a sweet little man who’s all black with gorgeous yellow/gold eyes. He’s fixed, and UTD on shots and heartworm preventative, as well as on Frontline. He’s great with other dogs (we have several, large and small) and cats, and good with our daughter and nieces/nephews who range in age from 5 to 16. We are not sure about toddlers or younger though as he hasn’t been exposed to them. He’s about 30 -35 lbs, and about knee high, and judging by his head and paw size, looks like he’s just about done growing. He looks like a miniature black lab really. We will include a bag of dog food, matching leash and harness, a red or blue doggy bed and his remaining Heartguard heartworm preventative. $100.00 adoption fee.
