Lochie is a sweet and sensitive pup who hopes you don’t confuse him with Loki, the god of mischief. In fact, Lochie wants nothing to do with mischief! He is looking for a safe and stable home filled with reliable routines, trusted people, peace, quiet, and love.
Lochie is not a fan of life in the shelter, but once away from the noisy kennel area, he is very sweet. Here’s what one volunteer had to say:
“I walked Lochie to the other side of the park and sat with him in the shade. It took him a while to relax but he did eventually sit next to me and allow pets. I enjoyed my time with him and I know he’ll thrive once away from PACC. He’s having a rough time living at the shelter.”
Shelter staff have noted that Lochie is easy to handle, leash up and walk, and that he warms up quickly to people. He needs to meet any potential furry roommates before heading home to ensure a good fit. Come and meet tender, handsome Lochie today!

Meet the Pet
Once you have decided which pets you are interested in, sign in for an adoption counselor who will guide you through the adoption process.

Take the Pet Home
Cats must leave in a carrier and dogs must leave in a carrier or on leash. We do have these available for purchase in our lobby store.

Year-Round Adoption Fees:
• Puppies and kittens less than 4 months old $50
• Adult dogs and cats $30
• A standard $20 dog license fee may apply
• Pets who have been waiting for more than 2 weeks for a family and pets over 5 years old $0 - Fee Waived!
Every adoption includes:
• Spay or neuter surgery
• First Vaccinations
• Microchip
• Vet visit certificate
• Pet insurance
