Meet Freeway, a kitten with a heart full of love and playfulness.
Freeway knows you don’t want to have to make frequent stops to find the right kitten for you, she’s ready to cruise to her new home.
Freeway is a very active girl! She loves to play, play, play! Her days are filled with chasing her favorite crinkle ball fish toy or her beloved feather wand!
She's the smallest of her litter but that doesn't stop her from wrestling with her siblings.
Once she has gotten her kitten zoomies out, all she wants is to cuddle. She is found of hanging out on her foster moms shoulder.
Freeway is not a fan of dogs, preferring the company of her feline companions. She would do best in a home with another energetic playmate.
Freeway is confident, never shy to show her playful side or ask for a cuddle. Her sweet nature makes her a joy to be around.
Adopt Freeway and fill your home with her delightful energy and affectionate spirit.
Freeway is currently in a foster home. If you are interested in meeting her, please send a message here, or email adopt@ahsem.org.
Adoption fees are as follows: $155 for a single cat or kitten, $195 for a pair of cats or kittens. When adopting a cat from AHSEM the adoption includes spay or neuter surgery, age appropriate core vaccines, microchipping, combo tested (for FIV/FeLV), and basic wellness care including deworming and flea treatment.

AHSEM treats every adoption as "foster to adopt" This means that the first two weeks in which you have the cat is the "foster period." We do our best to ensure the right match for all involved and want to give the cat(s) time to decompress and adapt to their new environment. However, we realize sometimes things don't work out as expected. Therefore, during that two-week period, if something doesn’t work out you can bring the cat back. We will always take our cats back even after the "foster to adopt" period. We would hate to see them end up at a kill shelter, abandoned, or any other unsafe situation.
