Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Ruger Lowrider! He's a short and long boy with a sweet personality and mellow demeanor. He's approximately three years old, 50 pounds, and probably a Bassett Hound mix. He's house trained, crate trained, and walks well on a leash.

Ruger gets along with everyone, including all people and dogs. He has met two cats and ignored them, so he'd likely be fine living with cats also. He's a bit shy with new people and places, but relaxes and settles in quickly. He loves cuddling on the couch and having his back and bum scratched. He also loves treats, toys, and bones.

Simply put, Ruger is an excellent dog and a very good boy. He's low energy, mellow, sweet, and loving. He would make a wonderful addition to any family!
