My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Alala is a sweetheart with a rough past. When we got Alala she was missing quite a bit of fur due to flea dermatitis, had a swollen eye as if something had poked it, and was in need of a place to rest her head while we worked on getting her to a healthy weight. Alala wasn't a fan of the eye drops and eye cream, but she took it like a pro, and now her eye is healed. Alala definitely just wants to be around her people all of the time, that is once she gets comfortable with you. When Alala came to us she was shutdown. She wouldn't walk on a leash (so we had to carry her everywhere), she was a nervous wreck and didn't know who to trust. Due to this Alala will need an understanding adopter who will give her the proper amount of time to make her feel comfortable and learn to trust you. Once she gets to know you, she will never leave you alone. She wants to be by her people to cuddle, get pets/belly rubs, and all of her favorite treats!
