Hi! I'm Marley! A sweet little guy with a heart of gold. I am 11, but I love to romp around with a good toy. My favorite pastimes are snuggling on the couch, snuggles on the bed, snuggles on the floor. I'm basically a love bug.
I have super good manners and will only potty outside. I will let you know by standing at the door and barking =) I am polite to other dogs, cats, and kids, as long as I can sniff them to say hello first! I am currently not fixed, but have my appointment all lined up. In the meantime, I need to be reminded of my manners around the ladies.
I would love a human that can spend lots of time with me, I don't like being alone too much. I am good on my leash and LOVE car rides!! I enjoy sniffing around the yard and exploring my surroundings.
I am an older guy, who loves everyone, but I need a gentle family as I am older. I need kids who understand I need gentle love!! I am healthy and happy, and ready for my perfect family.

There is no obligation to adopt by completing an application, however, we do recommend submitting an application as soon as you find an animal you are interested in. We review applications in the order they are received.

Completed applications can be sent via email to help@jcapl.org, faxed to 919-300-5524, or delivered in person by visiting us at one of our adoption events on Saturdays at PetSmart in Garner (White Oak Shopping Center).
