Tinkle is a very smart puppy who is loyal to his family and loved ones. He loves kisses and is very good with children. He would make a great playmate and companion. Even though I don't know if he is good with other dogs, Tinkle is an all-around great pup. He would be the perfect addition to your family and he can't wait to meet you!
