For Adopt a Pet and the PEDIGREE® brand, October is all about finding homes for dogs in shelters. Adopt this month for a PEDIGREE® Wet Food Pouch and a chance to win a Homecoming-style photo shoot and shelter donation.
Meet Mofo (aka Mo). This 15 pound, three-legged bundle of love might seem intimidating at first glance, but don't be fooled! Despite his rough start in life, including a leg amputation, some dental work, and a mild case of asthma, Mo has blossomed into one of the most loving big boys.
Mo's traumatic past has made him a bit wary of loud noises and sudden movements, but once he warms up he'll be your best friend begging for belly rubs 24/7. He's still adjusting to a more comfortable indoor life after years o the streets, so he will need a person will to give him time, understanding, and patience. His foster brother Risotto has been showing him the ropes on how to be a normal cat. Mo would thrive in a home with a feline buddy or two (with proper intros) and must go to a home with other cats.
Mo is 5-years-old, neutered, vaccinated, flea treated, dewormed, microchipped, and tested FIV positive and FeLV negative.

Adopting a cat is a big responsibility and commitment, but it's also one of the biggest acts you can ever do for an animal in need.
Each and every cat in our care has their own story and background. They are all fully vetted, fixed, vaccinated, microchipped, and FIV/FeLV negative (unless otherwise specified). Because of this, our adoption fee is $95 for one cat over 1-year-old or $155 for 2 and $110 for one cat under 1-year-old or $195 for 2.
Our approval process includes a vet reference (personal reference if you've not had a vet in the last 5 years), virtual home tour, and landlord approval should you be a renter.
The completion of an application does not guarantee approval for adoption.
