Little Rosie is settling in to the shelter life after her owner couldn't care for her anymore. She is a sweetheart, and will make a great chill buddy for any quiet home. With her wiry coat and beige and white coloring, you can see the JRT influence in her breeding, but she is immediately recognizable as a chihuahua. Rosie is a diminutive 13 lbs. and a little chubby at that, but she will be getting plenty of outside walks being as adorable as she appears to be and that forlorn look in her eyes will fade away.
