Meet Blair, the sweetest and friendliest puppy you could ever meet. She's got a goofy personality that's guaranteed to keep you entertained. Her curiosity is infectious, making every day an adventure. Blair weighs 23 pounds (so far) is playful, excitable, and energetic, always ready for a game of fetch or a romp in the park. She's also incredibly cuddly, loving nothing more than snuggling up for a good petting session so she can share her kisses. Blair does need some training, she can be a bit whiny and needy at times, but her loving kisses make up for it. She knows nothing about house training or leash walking and we haven't seen her interact with dogs or children yet. She's quite the jumper, always ready to greet you with a leap of joy. Blair's loving nature and entertaining antics make her the perfect addition to any family. CAP adoption fees include a variety of services - age-appropriate vaccinations, canine heartworm, and feline leukemia tests, spaying/neutering, deworming treatment, microchipping to name a few - the total value of which exceeds $450. These minimal adoption fees cover only part of each animal's stay at our shelter - please help us keep adoption fees low while maintaining the high quality of care for the animals in our charge by donating and/or volunteering.

CAP is proud to announce that through life-saving adoption and transfer programs and a lot of hard work, we have maintained a placement rate of over 93% for all homeless pets surrendered to our shelter in 2021.
