My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Duh-dun, Duh-dun. Duh-dun, duh-dun, duh-dun, duh-dun, duh-daaa… Watch out, Panther on the loose! Check out this handsome guy with his black coat, stubby tail, and pretty brown eyes. When we received a call-out with his sweet face and a plea to help save him from euthanasia, we knew we had to help. Panther is a three-year-old, flat-coated retriever meaning he is gentle, loving, and easy-going. Flat-coated retrievers specifically, are even-tempered and highly adaptable, making them an easy addition to any home! He greets everyone with the biggest tail wags (despite having a tiny tail) and a happy attitude. Not only is he friendly, but he’s a well-mannered boy too! Panther would be the perfect tag-along dog; his leash, car, and potty manners are excellent! Will you give this good boy a chance at forever? Apply to meet Panther today… he is patiently waiting for you!

More about this rescue

SNIPSA is an organization formed by a group of veterinarians and caring individuals dedicated to helping homeless and unwanted animals in San Antonio and the surrounding area. SNIPSA does not have a standing shelter and depends on a core of volunteers to foster and rehabilitate animals in their homes. This provides us with the opportunity to learn first hand about the animal’s needs and behavior in order to facilitate an appropriate adoption. SNIPSA was incorporated in 2005 and has re-homed more than 3000 animals.
