My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Are you looking for a dog but not able to make the 12 year commitment...our sweet, old gal, Snoopy may be the girl for you!

Snoopy is a sweet senior dog with a heart full of love and a spirit that shines brightly, despite the challenges she's faced. Snoopy was recently returned to the shelter due to reportedly high anxiety. Indeed, she was very stressed upon arrival, however, after only a few short minutes was already far more relaxed and completely calm(she saws some serious logs y'all!)! From that point, she has only improved and spends her days lounging around our front office. She happily greets guests in between naps and gently playing with her toys. Snoop has really impressed us with how rapidly she has taken on a calm, peaceful demeanor while being in the shelter environment.

In the shelter, Snoopy has been able to walk near other dogs without concern, however, it is reported that she prefers to be the only pet. This gentle girl is eager to find a home where she can enjoy a peaceful, stable environment.

Snoopy enjoys playful moments but is happiest when she's close to her people, cherishing the simple pleasure of being near them. If you have a calm home and a big heart, Snoopy could be the perfect companion to share your days with. Come meet Snoopy and let her fill your life with her gentle, loving presence.
