Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Mango was supposed to be a tnr cat but rescuers realized he had a serious injury to his tail that resulted in an amputation. The vets all talked about what a friendly boy he is so he was sent to a foster home. He is slowly adapting to life as an inside cat and learning to trust humans. He loves to spend hours looking out the window. He can be with other cats but he is not interested in playing with them or fighting. He loves to relax. He’s ok with being bathed. He is good with children petting him as long as they're gentle. He allows hugs, but for a short time and loves to rub against your legs. He had a hard time regaining trust in humans but he is now a loving boy. His meows sound like a little bird. Mango had a rough start in life on the streets, but now he deserves to find a good forever home.

More about this rescue
We help strays and free-roaming cats live better lives by facilitating spay and neuter and vaccinations. Animal not suitable for living in the wild will be homed through our adoption program. Cat Network of Stanislaus is a 501(c)3 approved animal advocacy group. We primarily focus on feral and stray cats and serve our community so that they best can help these animals. Some cats that were found on the street end up becoming great pets. That is when they make it to this site. We take pride in the fact that we consider every animal worthy of rescuing regardless of age and medical needs. Some of our cats are special needs.
