My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Gracie (13 yo) has spent the last 7 years as a loving emotional support kitty to my late grandmother, and was by her side every moment until the very end. She worked hard and did her job very, very well, and we'd like to thank her by finding the perfect home for the years she has left.

She's a sweet, gentle soul with so much love to give, and just wants to relax and enjoy a loving home. Gracie loves curling up in a warm sun spot and napping the afternoon away, or tucking around your feet at night to watch the door and make sure her people are safe. She misses her best friend, and can be shy at first, but warms up to be a cuddly, calm companion for everyday life.

She doesn't do well with energetic young children or hyperactive dogs, but we believe can be introduced to other calm cats with patience. Our family's houses are just too chaotic and overwhelming for her to live comfortably, and we need your help finding someone to give her the respect and peace she deserves.
