If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Badger is a sweet boy in need of a home without children and preferably without other dogs. He has anxiety and is reactive. He has had a lot of training with an e collar and is very good on it. He is on fluoxetine to manage his anxiety but still occasionally gets upset. He doesn't like being cornered or stood over, but otherwise is a sweet dog. He came from a shelter and has made a ton of progress since I got him three years ago. He responds to things like he has a history of abuse but has finally turned a corner and seems to be more trusting now. He needs someone who can walk him or has a back yard for him, but otherwise he usually prefers to do his own thing.
