Male, intact Husky Mixed Breed dog found hanging by foot in barb wire fence. His injuries were some minor cuts and have healed. He was found with a red collar but no tag. He is friendly, walks well on leash, and is affectionate. He has an appointment scheduled with the vet to get him updated on shots, etc.
