My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Looking for the love of your life in a companion kitty?   BLOOM is waiting and has been waiting for feet to keep and hearts to melt. Bloom is gentle, friendly and a social gal – this cat does not hide when company comes over!  She is about 1.8-years old.

Bloom is a rich, silky black with chocolate undertones - a smaller cat and a super love bug. She comes right over to her foster humans when they step into the room. She thoroughly enjoys snuggles, especially rubs behind her ears (lots of purring!).  She is fostered in a home with a child who likes to play with her, and they both love this.  Currently there is another cat in her foster home and they get along well.  Being your one-and-only should be fine as well, if you give her lots of attention! We don't have any knowledge of her living with a pup so it might take a bit - - so perhaps if the dog is friendly with cats and not one to bark and chase, she may be ok.

Play? She enjoys a good play session with a variety of toys, and her favorite spot is to hang out in the window enjoying all that is going on outside while she is safe inside.  She loves taking her naps in the sun abut would prefer your lap if it is available!    Bloom's adoption fee is $125 and she is indoor only.

More about this rescue

Cat's Cradle Rescue keeps cats out of shelters by offering an alternative to a cage - we are a no-kill FOSTER-HOME BASED rescue group that welcomes cats to our home environments as they await adoption.

Why Foster Care? Does your new kitty like children? Does she play with dogs or find other felines too uncomfortable to be around? Does he have consistent litter-box manners? Does he want to cuddle or perhaps his comfort zone is to be more independent. Many life-factors influence cat behavior and while genetics plays a role, we know that human touch, kindness, nurturing and consistency of care are non-negotiable requirements. We provide all of this.
