Meet Nicky, a 4-month-old male terrier mix who was rescued just in time from the euthanasia list. This affectionate little guy absolutely adores kids and is a total sweetheart. With his loving nature and desire to always be by your side, Nicky is the perfect companion for any family looking to add a loyal and gentle friend to their home.

Nicky will still need future medical attention as he does currently have Cherry Eye that we will be correcting but don’t let that deter you from adding this love bug to your family!

Once your application is submitted and approved for the dog you are interested in, someone will call you to start the adoption process

ADOPTION FEE*: Fees vary due to costs put into them, but START at $400 for adults and $500 for puppies.

The adoption fee is for the adoption of the pet. We make sure that our animals are or will be spayed/neutered, receive the proper vaccines and are microchipped and we cover the cost for that if it's not already done before you adopt.

More about this rescue

A Wish for Animals is an all volunteer run organization trying to help as many homeless animals as possible. We work tirelessly to help these animals become adoptable and work hard to find the them the right match so that you can enjoy your pet for the rest of its' life.

During Covid we have been inundated with applications, so please be patient with us as we all work full time as well and are doing our best to care for our animals and find the right homes for them.
