My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, shots current (DHPP, Bordetella and Rabies where applicable), dewormed, flea and tick treated, and microchipped.

* If you are interested in a dog, please first read the biography on the dog (keep scrolling down for the bio!) and then go to our website, www.dpsrescue.com for an application. Our adoption fees vary. Each biography will specifically list the adoption fee.

Mojo is a 7 year old sweet girl who was recently relinquished to our rescue. She was a bit shy at first but has been coming out of her shell every day. She has been living in a foster home with dogs and coexists with them fine if they aren't too rambunctious. She would be an excellent option for apartment living or a person who wants an only cat. Or if you are retired and looking for a sweet companion, she definitely could be your girl.

She enjoys laying on her persons lap and cuddling on the couch. She would love a heated kitty bed in her new home and also some bird videos to watch on TV. She isn't super playful but will bat the occasional toy mouse around. Cats over the age of five often get overlooked but we are hoping Mojos profile will cast a spell on the right person and they will be drawn in by her magical charm. She came to us with a robot litter box, so we will be passing that on to her new home as well.

She has been spayed, vaccinated, tested negative for FIV/FeLV, dewormed, flea treatment applied and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $150.

More about this rescue

We are passionate folks who love dogs and love people! We strive to make the most appropriate match between human and canine. Because our dogs live in foster homes we know about their temperament and personality and therefore can help families and individuals decide if the dog is a good match or not. We are excited to help people find the right pooch for them and look forward to meeting great folks and welcoming them into the DPS Family.
