Here's what the humans have to say about me:
COMING SOON-Introducing Pluto, the puppy superstar who's ready to try out for a spot in his forever home! Originally surrendered due to his owner's allergies, Pluto has quickly settled into his foster home and is eager to showcase his Olympic gold-medal-worthy qualities to his future adopter.
Pluto is excelling in all the puppy basics, proving he's got what it takes to be an Olympic hopeful. He's quickly mastering potty training and hasn't had any accidents when taken out consistently. When it's time for a nap, Pluto settles into his crate like a pro, sleeping soundly through the night without any fuss. He's a quick learner, already mastering the art of sitting quietly for a treat. This boy is eager to learn more skills, and training should be a breeze!
When it comes to athleticism, Pluto prefers to cheer on the track and field stars instead of being one. While he can occasionally get the zoomies, Pluto is fairly laid back and happily plops down for a nap after playtime. He'd thrive in a lower to medium activity home with someone who doesn't mind letting him sleep in each morning!
Pluto is a team player—he's a brave and confident pup, quickly making friends with both humans and dogs alike. Pluto has shown excellent play manners with his adult doggie foster sisters. While Pluto could be the only dog in the home, ideally he'd have a doggie sibling to continue helping him learn the ropes of being a certified good boy. Pluto has also been introduced to cats and is quickly learning to respect the resident feline.
While Pluto would sweep the podium in most categories, he's working on gaining his confidence with loud or abrupt noises, like other dogs barking. He runs to his foster mom for cuddles and comfort—with gradual exposure and lots of positive reinforcement, he's sure to overcome this hurdle and earn his gold.
Overall, Pluto is a happy, go-lucky pup who's ready to compete for a spot in your heart and home. If you're looking for an Olympic hopeful to bring joy, love, and a touch of gold-medal-worthy behavior to your life, Pluto is your pup!
There is an addtional REFUNDABLE $50 neuter deposit which will be refunded upon proof of procedure and a $20 microchip fee which includes registration and transfer to his new furever family. All adoption fees are used for future rescue efforts.
