Meet Buttercup, a sweet and playful puppy who is looking for her forever home! Living up to her namesake (Buttercup from the Powerpuff Girls) she is loving and enjoys snuggling up in your lap for some quality cuddle time. While she can be a bit reserved at first, she quickly warms up to new experiences. We believe Buttercup would be best fit in a home with at least one other friendly canine companion. Like any puppy, Buttercup loves to chew on toys and explore her surroundings. She recently met some big dogs and although she was a little unsure at first, she showed her brave spirit by standing her ground without cowering. In her foster home she's working on crate training, potty training and basic manners. She is making great progress with her potty training. All of our Powerpuff Girls litter pups are playful and sweet, and Buttercup is no exception. She would be a wonderful addition to a loving home where she can continue to grow and thrive. SBF adoptions start off with a 2-week trial period to ensure that the SBF dog is a good fit for your family and current pets. The adoption fee is due the day an adopter starts the 2-week trial period. If the adoption does not work out within those two weeks, the adopter will be refunded all but a $50 donation, or they can put the fee towards another adoptable dog.

Saved by Fate is a dog rescue organization in Central Kentucky that specializes in pulling dogs at high risk of euthanasia from Kentucky shelters. SBF was founded by Mara DeLaus and Ciara Hagedorn in 2022. After years of volunteering for a fellow organization, they saw a significant need for additional rescue resources in their area. SBF is an entirely foster and volunteer based organization that does not have a physical location or kennel at this time.
