Meet Yaroo, the 5-month-old sweetheart who’s about 99% cuteness and 1% chaos! This little dude is so adorable, he could probably get away with anything—and trust us, he tries. At first, Yaroo may be a little shy, but hand him a treat, and suddenly you’re his new BFF, personal chef, and possibly his life coach. He’ll do anything you say.

Yaroo loves other dogs—he’s like that one friend who shows up at the party with a little social anxiety, but by the end of the night, he`s playing fetch with everyone and stealing all the snacks. If you`re looking for a pup who will keep you laughing, snuggling, and occasionally questioning how something so cute can be so dramatic, Yaroo’s your guy! Just bring treats. Lots of treats.

If you are interested in adopting one of our dogs....great!! The first step is coming in and meeting the dog in person. If you have any small children or other dogs in the household we do recommend that you bring them in for an introduction. If you are interested we would have you complete an adoption application. We do not require fenced in yards. All dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, heartworm tested and fully vaccinated, and the adoption fee is $125 which also includes a current dog license for Lucas County. We do adopt out of state and to other counties, but the dog would need to leave our facility with a current license. We do hold adoption events and have reduced adoption fees for specials throughout the year. Please check out our FaceBook page for events.

The LCCC&C is open Monday thru Friday 11-6 and Saturdays and Sundays 11-5. Located at 410 S Erie Street Toledo, OH 43604, it is conveniently located near I-75, and right down the street from the Toledo Farmer's Market.
