My squishy face is the perfect remedy for bad days, sick days, really any kind of day at all!
As you can see from my pictures, I am a stocky lady, but also very vertically challenged. I will need some dog stairs to safely get on and off the couch or in bed to cuddle with you. I would love your help scratching the places my stubby legs can't reach and please throw in some ear and neck rubs while you're at it. Those make me melt.
I really love to go for short walks when it's not too hot out and will turn into a jumping bean when I see my harness. I don't pull on the leash at all but haven't yet figured out how human legs work and may trip you if you're not careful. I absolutely adore everybody and will stop to say hi to everyone walking by. I am a total social butterfly and absolutely love making new friends especially when they make a fuss over me.
After a walk, I will happily show you how great I am at napping (I've had lots of practice). When I'm awake indoors, I quietly entertain myself with a chew toy and am very calm and easy going. I have lived with cats and dogs of all sizes and love them all. I have excellent social skills with other pets.
I've been told I make the funniest face and sound that ever came out of a dog when I yawn. Guaranteed to make you laugh every time. My tongue doesn't always fit completely in my mouth – so it can do some funny things throughout the day. I also make lots of noises – snoring, grunting and other sounds that can't be described with words. I've been told this is very endearing, but you might need earplugs to sleep with me at night.
I'll be honest with you – I don't know (or at least pretend not to know) any commands at all. Sit? What's that? Instead, I'll distract you with some kisses and my goofy grin, so you forget all about asking me to do anything. I am a bulldog after all and stubborn is my middle name!
Also, I am working very hard on mastering housetraining and getting much better at this every day! I will need some patience in this area, but I promise to make up for it every other way imaginable.

a minimum of stairs would be perfect. Too many stairs would not be great for her. She is not super active and likes to go on 2 or 3, 10-15 minutes walks per day then sleeps. She can navigate stairs but sometimes misses one and can tumble.
