Meet Ruby!
Ruby is a delightful cat to have around the house. She is still quite young and loves to play. Her estimated birthday is 7/18/23. Now that her babies have grown and been adopted, Ruby is enjoying her freedom, and has sought to befriend our permanent house cats and dog, and even though they are old farts and not very welcoming, Ruby is undeterred by their cold shoulders and routinely enjoys her walks about the house before returning to her own space. At one point, we brought home five, fluffy short-term fosters, and Ruby seemed charmed to have the crazy kitten visitors sharing her space, playing with them, licking them, eating with them, and only rarely bopping them on the head when they pestered her too much. When Ruby feels like she can take a break from her duties, she has started to seek a place on my lap when I am reading, enjoying some quiet attention and sharing her purrs. And sometimes she'll even join us at the foot of the bed at night. She is a well-mannered, friendly cat - such an easy cat! She does not especially enjoy being picked up and held, but she tolerates it, and I think she will learn to adapt to whatever your home situation is. I certainly enjoy having her around, and will miss her when she transitions to her forever home, but lucky you!
Ruby is spayed, up to date on her vaccines, microchipped which will be registered to her new family.
Come meet Ruby at the Costa Mesa Location.
