Our favorite girl Maddie is holding out hope for a home!

Oh our girl Maddie is just so FUN! We cannot wait for you to meet her! 3 year old Maddie is sweet and so smart; a pro with commands like sit and paw! Though Maddie loves to be the life of the party, she'd rather it be a party of 1 preferring to be the only pet in the home. But she does love friends of the 2 legged persuasion, adoring attention from our staff and volunteers.

Maddie is sweet, moderately active and kinda jumpy, leaping up to be closer to her favs at the shelter. Her stomach rules the roost around here and if you have treats it automatically makes you and Maddie BFFs- sorry we don't make the rules, she does! Her other true love in the world is toys, Maddie never leaves her kennel without her favorite stuffie held tightly in her mouth, joining her for walks, potty time and much more outside! Come to the shelter to meet Maddie!

Individuals wishing to adopt an animal from our shelter must complete an adoption application and provide proof of home ownership or, if you are a renter, you must provide a copy of your lease or a notarized letter from your landlord stating pets are permitted. You must be at least 21 years of age to adopt any animal from our shelter. We reserve the right to refuse any adoption. In some instances, a home visit may be required. Our fees vary depending on the age and breed of the animal. Typically, a mix breed is $110.00 and a purebreed is $150.00 and up. There is also an altering charge of $85.00 for a male and $95.00 for a female. All animals receive vaccines, microchip identification, frontline treatments.

Go meet their pets

We are opened 7 days a week between the hours of 12:00-5:00pm for adoptions. No appt is necessary and we welcome prospective adopters to bring their current pet for a meet and greet with one of our orphans.
