It's never a cloudy day with Cyrus!

If we could use only one word to describe Cyrus it would be: Happy! This silly 4 year old dude is looking for a place to call home! "Home" for Cyrus could be with both dogs and sturdy kids! When he met other dogs he was relaxed and wanted to play- so a canine companion could be a great fit!

Cyrus was unfortunately surrendered, though his previous owner informed us he's great in the home, well trained and good around kids he's been around! Cyrus is a big boy- about 65lbs- and may intimidate with his size but he's just a really friendly goofy goober! He's not neutered yet, but will be upon adoption! Individuals wishing to adopt an animal from our shelter must complete an adoption application and provide proof of home ownership or, if you are a renter, you must provide a copy of your lease or a notarized letter from your landlord stating pets are permitted. You must be at least 21 years of age to adopt any animal from our shelter. We reserve the right to refuse any adoption. In some instances, a home visit may be required. Our fees vary depending on the age and breed of the animal. Typically, a mix breed is $110.00 and a purebreed is $150.00 and up. There is also an altering charge of $85.00 for a male and $95.00 for a female. All animals receive vaccines, microchip identification, frontline treatments.

We are opened 7 days a week between the hours of 12:00-5:00pm for adoptions. No appt is necessary and we welcome prospective adopters to bring their current pet for a meet and greet with one of our orphans.
