Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Wilson's owners lost their home when he was just a puppy. They brought him to the shelter, and there he stayed for 14 months—more than half his life!
But he was a favorite, playing with other dogs, swimming in the kiddie pool, and even practicing Search and Rescue work!
The shelter is no place for a puppy. We didn't want Wilson to grow up in a cage. So we rescued him, and he's now having fun with our friends at Humble K9.
Wilson is an enthusiastic dude who loves activity. (We think he might have some herding dog in him somewhere.) Neighborhood walks, trail runs—even agility training. Wilson's down to try it. He's a people pleaser who isn't just a dog--he's a Partner!
Wilson is medium-sized at 55 lbs. He is snipped, chipped, and vaxxed and ready to meet you.
Come visit Wilson and let him show you his stuff!
