Meet Abby, the 4 month old German Shepherd puppy! She is hanging out in a foster home to get the additional enrichment and TLC that puppies often need that is beyond Shelter capabilities. Her foster parents say: “She’s a doll. I think she’s very trainable and people oriented. If someone puts the time in to training, I bet she will be a great dog.” Abby would thrive in an adoptive home that will provide physical (such as walks, hikes, play, swimming!) and mental (such as R+ training and food puzzles) stimulation on a daily basis. A home with other animals may be a fit provided there is a thoughtful introduction and management. Interested in meeting? Come into the Shelter to set up a meet and greet.

From 10/5 through 10/31, we are having a “Spooky Low Adoption Fees” promotion. All cats, kittens, dogs, and puppies will have a reduced adoption fee of $31, while small animals will have a fee of $13. No tricks, all treats!
