My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! My name is Lila and I am available for adoption.

I was brought in by an Animal Control Officer on July 31, 2024. I was adopted and returned on October 4, 2024 because I can jump 6 feet fencing when left alone. I was described as sweet, people friendly, house trained, but have high prey-drive and will chase after small animals.

I weigh 51.5 lbs and am considered a `medium breed` dog.

I can a little shy at first, but I warm up to new people quickly and become a sweethart :)

I would do best in a home with older children and in a home with no small prey-like animals.

I am a gentle and loving dog who likes to take things slow. I may get nervous in new situations, so I am looking for a family who understands that I might take some time to warm up. Once I get to know you, I will be a very devoted friend!
