Halla, Hal for short, came to rescue from a hoarding situation where 4 kittens quickly became about 30 cats. He was one of the original four and spent his life surrounded by others. He gets along well with other cats and is cautiously optimistic when meeting calm dogs. He is mostly uninterested in toys but thoroughly enjoys lounging and being pet by his chosen humans. He prefers Sci-fi and Urban Fantasy novels to watching noisy movies and video games, but is happy to chill in a hut or cubby while his people do their thing. Hal is an absolute fiend for wet food and will accept it as a bribe for just about anything, though he is currently on a poultry based kibble diet. His handsome face will greet you at breakfast each morning with some light chatter before he goes off to enjoy his day of lounging. Although Hal does well with adults and other pets, he is very timid around small children or space that experience heavy foot traffic. A quieter home would be the best environment for him. Hal has been tested for FIV/FELv and has been microchipped, vaccinated and neutered. His adoption fee is $100.
