OBSERVED BY SHELTER STAFF:
Hank is a friendly dog that gives a warm, noticeable greeting. He has a high energy level is very affectionate and would make a great dog for an active person or family with respectful children. He is nervous around the other dogs here at the shelter and would most likely do okay with a dog-friendly dog that is similar to his size; we recommend a meet and greet. He’s a dufus and would probably play too rough and annoy smaller dogs. He is scared of cats, but was also a little interested at the same time. Although he needs some work with his leash manners, he does know the sit and shake commands.
