My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Fate is a sweet, senior Chihuahua with a gentle spirit and a heart full of love. At 10 years young, this little lady is potty-trained, crate-trained, and looking for a peaceful retirement home to share her golden years with. Anyone familiar with the breed might recognize the nervous "chihuahua shake" occasionally, but her calm and affectionate nature shines through, making her an ideal companion for a quiet, loving environment. If you're seeking a loyal, low-key friend to cherish and care for, Fate might just be the perfect match for you.

More about this rescue

S.A.V.E. Rescue Coalition works to promote adoption through new adoption events, more public exposure of pets for adoption, and help the public make a good match with an adoptable animal.
Rescue groups work very hard to save animals every day, often using their own money, sacrificing time with family etc. We have animals from shelters and the streets of Houston that are now adoptable pets and we area helping these animals find permanent, loving homes.
We are all volunteer and no funds are spent for salaries, benefits etc. All money goes directly to the rescue group or their animals.
