Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Background: Pebble was found alone by a good samaritan who took him to the vet for a check up, when informed that Pebble was only four weeks old, they contacted us to see if we had room as they weren't equipped to handle a bottle baby. Since then its been mostly smooth sailing for this little monster, with just one small hiccup. Pebble seems to be mildly allergic to chicken, though we have not confirmed that with a vet. This leads to occasional vomiting and loose stool.
Bio: Pebble is a sweet, cuddly boy who loves to be held about 50% of the time. The other 50% he spends zooming around the house terrorizing his fellow kittens. While some may describe him as a crazy little monster, i prefer the term "well rounded." He loves to be involved and has taken to crying if we're doing something where he can't see, he now has a dedicated seat in the kitchen so he can watch us cook. Pebbles perfect home has at least one equally energetic cat/kitten to keep him occupied, plenty of warm sunny spots to nap, and people willing to let him snuggle them at night. He is also weirdly obsessed with pancakes, it is the only human food he has ever gone nuts over. Tuna? no reaction. Milk? meh. But pancakes? will try relentlessly to steal them and then guard his treasure like it is the only food he has ever eaten. This little guy is a joy to be around and endlessly entertaining.
Visual Description and Medical Info: Pebble is a male domestic shorthair grey tabby with green eyes, his estimated birthday is March, 25th, 2024. He has a mild allergy to chicken/poultry that leads to occasional vomiting and diarrhea. We currently feed him tiki cat wet food, but he does have access to a dry food containing chicken. We recommend a chicken and chicken by product free food, but it isn't the end of the world if that isn't an option. Pebble was neutered and received his rabies and FVRCP vaccines on 8/6/2024 at the Nelson County Humane Society.
