Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
This helps Heart of Gold's Shelter with pet care costs.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Lenny! This sweet boy transferred to us from the Chula Vista Animal Care Facility.
He was brought into their facility, with Teddy (adopted!), as an emaciated stray who had a microchip. Lenny & Teddy's previous owner was contacted, who denied their existence all together.
Lenny and Teddy are not a bonded pair.
Lenny was skin & bones when he first transferred and entered our weight gain program. He has gained weight slowly and has more to go. After a full blood panel ruled out underlying causes, we are competing with how many calories this active boy is burning daily. In a home environment, he will be able to slow down a bit so his body can catch up!
He is enjoying his new life here and loves playing with his friends, nibbling on our fingers, and being held, kissed, and loved on!
Regarding COVID-19 and other contagious illnesses: Please reschedule any visits if you are sick.
