Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi, I’m Moro! I’m a 3 year old male mixed breed.
The shelters best guess at my breed would be a shepherd and Akita mix. I’m a big, gentle giant. I’m a multifaceted boy, if you want to take me on a hike, I’m down. If you want to take me camping, I’m down. If you just want to cuddle up all day and relax.. now we’re talking! I want to be a lap dog but everyone says I’m too big. Since I’m so large, I don’t need a ton of exercise but I’ll match whatever you want to do. At my previous home, I had even alerted my owners to when there was bears and chased them away! I do suffer from separation anxiety, my ideal home would have someone willing to work with me on it or take me to work with them. I just love really hard and don’t know how to cope when you aren’t there.
Likes: being with my family, food, cuddles
Dislikes: being left alone
Cats: yes but shouldn’t be left unsupervised, I don’t know my size
Dogs: yes but proper introductions needed
Kids: older ones or ones who aren’t afraid of my size
Potty trained: yes
My adoption fee would be $450.
When adopting, the fee you pay gets you an animal that is vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed and spayed or neutered. If they are not of age to have been spayed or neutered, a purchase order is sent to the vet that covers a large portion of their surgery.
If you’re interested in adopting this animal please stop by or call the shelter at (867) 633-6019. At that point, we can fill out our questionnaire and we can talk about adoption!
