Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Between October 1st and 15th my adoption fee is sponsored! Thanks to the Bissell Pet Foundation's Empty the Shelters campaign, my new family can take me home for only $25! Please apply online to start the adoption process-- I can't wait to meet you!
Warriors... Come out to play! Introducing Rembrandt of the Warriors Litter. Rembrandt is a 5-month-old, orange and white, Domestic Shorthair who is currently searching for his forever home!
Much like his 'The Warriors' counterpart, Rembrandt can be the most cautious kitten in his litter. But don't let that fool you! The rest of his litter is very fearless, so Rembrandt is just an average, vigilant cat. He understands you need to get to know someone before you can be all lovey dovey. When Rembrandt warms up to his family, he will be so sweet and playful! He is everything you could want in a kitten, and has a great level of balance!
Rembrandt loves to play hard, and nap even harder. He loves to take an afternoon nap in the cat tree! He also really loves a comfy bed, and another cat to cuddle with. When he isn't sleeping or generally relaxing, Rembrandt does love to play with the other cats and toys in the house. Rembrandt's favorite toys are plastic springs! Rembrandt also loves teaser toys, but springs really make his inner 'orange cat energy' come out.
Rembrandt is good with cats, dogs, and people. Rembrandt is intimidated by new roommates at first, and will specifically need slow introductions when it comes to dogs, but when he is used to the animals in your house, he won't mind them, and will often play with them! Rembrandt is litter box trained, and good about clawing only on cat scratchers. Rembrandt is also very respectful of space, and doesn't take much correction to figure out where he is and isn't allowed to go. Rembrandt is overall a very good cat!
If you want a sweet little kitten to make your days less boring, then consider applying for Rembrandt today!
Rembrandt is currently being fostered in the Cincinnati, OH area. His adoption fee is $75.
Kittens are only adopted in pairs or to homes with other friendly, social cats. They are very social by nature and need to be with other cats for their socialization.
The adoption fee for a single kitten is $75.00, a pair of kittens is $110.

All of our cats come spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccines, dewormed, combo tested, microchipped, up to date on flea and tick preventative, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals.
For more information on the adoption fees and the adoption process, please complete our adoption application here: https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt - an application allows us to get to know your family better so we can assess whether the animal you are interested in is a good match for your home. An application does not obligate you to adopt. Please understand that due to the volume of applications some animals receive, we are unable to contact all applicants. If your application is considered a good fit for the pet you are interested in, or even a different pet, a volunteer will give you a call as soon as possible.
We are a foster based rescue and do not have a shelter location where animals can be seen during the week. Please see our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/LouiesLegacy for our weekly adoption album if you are interested in meeting an animal in person. Not all animals attend every adoption event, please check our Facebook page for animal event times and locations before you make a trip to meet a specific animal.

As part of our commitment to the health and well-being of all of our animals and to reduce pet overpopulation in our community, every pet is spayed or neutered prior to adoption.
We are committed to ensuring the safety of our animals for their entire lifetimes so that they will never suffer abuse, neglect or abandonment again.
