Meet Maisie! She is around a year old and 45 pounds. She came to ASR as a nursing mom from an overcrowded shelter and has been thriving in care since. She gives the gentlest kisses and loves all the people in her world! She does well with other pups ,but is still learning exactly how to play and be a dog! We are loving watching her personality blossom! She is crate trained, house trained and sleeps through the night. She is an easy walker and getting the hang of it. She is a very calm girl and would be happy with a yard or in an apartment. If you would like to meet this sweet girl, apply today! Interview

If your adoption application is selected as the best fit to continue in the adoption process, a volunteer will contact you.

Home Check

After reviewing your application and phone interview, we will conduct a home check.

4.
Meet the Pet

The ASR volunteer will help coordinate a play date between you and the foster so you can meet the pet.

We are a 100% volunteer based rescue and due to the large number of adoption applications we receive, we are unable to respond to each individual applicant. If your application is selected to continue in the adoption process, a volunteer will contact you via the phone number provided on your adoption application.
