Meet Oreo Cookie, his transformation is nothing short of a miracle. Cookie lived for 2 1/2 years in a crate completely neglected and living in his own urine and feces. When he was brought to the rescue, we immediately knew his condition was far beyond anything that we could deal with here so we rushed him off to the emergency care hospital. This was the worst case of neglect that we had ever seen. He was immediately sedated and the team worked on him for 6 hours. They removed 4 pounds of crusted urine and feces from his little body. When he woke up, he bit bit everyone in sight! When we picked him up the next morning, we didn't even recognize him!
