Introducing Mills, a senior dog who has mastered the art of companionship. He's a gentle soul with a friendly disposition, eager to share his golden years with a loving family. Mills is 12 yo and housebroken. He enjoys people of all ages, can live with other dogs and even cats. Mills’ idea of a perfect day includes leisurely strolls and basking in the yard, soaking up the sun. His calm demeanor makes him an ideal companion for those seeking a low-key pet. His sweetness is not just skin deep: it's a testament to his resilient spirit. Mills doesn't ask for much just a chance to love and be loved in return. Adopting Mills means gaining a loyal friend who will enrich your life with his endearing personality.

We ask all potential adopters to fill out an adoption application which allows us to check certain points of reference (vets, home ownership status, previous pets, etc). If the application looks good, the adopter signs the adoption contract which states, among other things, the animal(s) will have a permanent home with said adopter and if for any reason this becomes impossible, the animal must be returned to Four Legs Good. Four Legs Good reserves the right to place a follow-up phone call or visit, with notice, within the first year of adoption.

Four Legs Good is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization dedicated to providing the most humane treatment of Rockland County animals in need. We started as a small group of dedicated volunteers who decided to make a difference in the lives of feral, homeless and abandoned animals. We are currently working out of the RG CARES Animal Shelter.
