My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Sammy: Your Loving Companion
Age: 9 years
Coat: Handsome Black Marble Tabby
Personality: Affectionate, Gentle, Sweet

Sammy is a 9-year-old with a heart full of love. This sweet boy is a true lover who can't get enough attention. He adores being pet, snuggled, and kissed, and his gentle nature will make you fall in love with him instantly.

Sammy lost his home under unfortunate circumstances, which was quite traumatic for him. He is a little shy, but with each passing day, he shows more of his loving and affectionate personality. Sammy would do best in a quiet home where he can feel safe and cherished. In return, he will shower you with endless companionship, headbutts, and kisses.

If you're looking for a gentle, loving companion, Sammy could be the one for you. The first step is to submit our online adoption application at https://www.fofct.org/adoption-application. All adopters must live within 45 miles of Stamford, CT.

Go meet their pets

We don't have a shelter, but some Friends of Felines' cats and kittens are having sleepovers at Just Cat's in Stamford or in foster homes. Friends of Felines is also proud to announce a new level of partnership with Just Cats Veterinary Hospital, which has been providing veterinary care in our area since 1991. Their brand new facility at 1029 East Main Street in Stamford has an adoption area inside the Just Cats Store on the first level. Come in and visit some of the Friends of Felines cats and kittens that are waiting for adoption. The Just Cats store and adoption area are open from 8 am Monday through Saturday. Following your visit, should any cat or kitten pique your interest, you can fill out an application (available on-line at www.fofct.org).
