Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Here's what my shelter friends said about me: "Philbert is an absolute love bug! He has rolls of skin all over and the derpiest happiest personality. He greeted everyone we met with a happy wagging tail and gave lots of kisses on the lips! He knows sit and takes treats super gently! His poor skin is in terrible shape with scabs and redness all over. He loved to get pets and would just look so cute in some pjs! We did a temp test with philbert and Chevy and they were both wonderful. Philbert was totally fine with Chevy kissing him on the lips too!"
