My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mickey is between 8 and 9 years old. Her owners (my parents) were unable to keep her when they had to move to an assisted living facility suddenly due to serious health issues. She is incredibly sweet, loves walks (we've been walking about 5 miles a day!), and loves people. She has been an only dog for many years, and seems mostly indifferent to dogs when on a walk. She is fine around our small mixed-breed, however she's still warming up to our larger mix. We are not sure what she would think of cats.

She is completely house and crate-trained, and would be a wonderful addition to a home as an only dog, or with compatible dogs. She went to the vet on 8/5/2024 to get a full checkup. She is perfectly healthy and up-to-date with all of her vaccinations. She does have skin allergies, a takes 5 mg of Zyrtec twice daily. All vet records will be provided to the adopter. Her current vet is Timberline Animal Hospital (highly recommended).
