Emmy Award is a cute 6-week old male kitten who was brought to the HSOV on June 13, 2024 along with his siblings (Golden Globe Award, Juno Award, and Oscar Award) after they were found in the Little Hocking Ohio area fending for themselves with no signs of their mother nearby.
Emmy Award has a dark brown tabby short smooth coat with a patch of white on his chest, white socks on his paws, a long ringed tail, and an adorable kitten face with golden eyes, long white whiskers, a white stripe on his nose, and a dusting of white on his muzzle.
Emmy was given vaccinations, wormer, and flea treatment on June 13, 2024. He weighed 2.1 lbs that day.
These 'big boy' photos of Emmy were taken on August 4, 2024 when HSOV volunteers Jennie Payton Sherrard and Angel Grosklos teamed up to carry Emmy and his siblings to our studio so that they could enjoy some out-of-cage time while they watched the crazy kitten antics that each of them chose for their individual pictures .. Which turned out much like the proverbial 'three ring circus' featuring four little felines (smile).
Emmy will be neutered before being adopted by his new family (a requirement for HSOV adoptions to be finalized).
UPDATE: Emmy Award was neutered on September 17, 2024 and was also given rabies vaccine. He weighed 5.4 lbs that day.
